How is Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Performed?
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is performed with fillers and botulinum toxin injections to the tip of the nose. Irregularities in the nose can be corrected with hyaluronic acid-based fillers used here, and the tip of the nose can be lifted a little with botulinum toxin in suitable patients. There is a simple method for our patients to test themselves whether botulinum toxin is effective in lifting the tip of the nose. If the tip of your nose moves downward when you talk or laugh, there is probably overactivity in the muscle that pulls your nose down, and botulinum toxin treatment will be effective.
Injections made with fillers have more features. In order to prevent damage to the structures passing through the nose and to prevent complications, this procedure must be performed by a competent Plastic Surgery specialist.
In short, nose shaping with fillers and botulinum toxin is an effective method for suitable patients, but the changes made are not permanent and cannot replace Rhinoplasty surgery.
