Thread Face Lift
After the age of 40, signs of aging begin especially in the midface and neck. In the midface region, the skin and subcutaneous tissues shift downward under the effect of gravity, resulting in volume loss on the cheekbones and a prominence in the nose-cheek fold. The most effective way to rejuvenate this area is a midface lift performed with an incision made under the lower eyelid or a face lift and neck lift with an incision made in front of the ear. Of course, these surgeries are performed under general anesthesia and require a recovery period afterwards. For patients who do not want surgery and want a fast effect and quick recovery, the most appropriate treatment for these areas is to reverse the signs of aging by suspending the midface, face and neck with special threads. In addition, the addition of filler, botox, prp and stem cell treatments to this application perfects the results.
Thread face lift procedure is performed under local anesthesia and the procedure takes between 45 and 1.15 minutes.
How long does the effect of this treatment last?
The visible aesthetic benefits of this treatment last for 18-24 months. There is a mechanical lifting effect immediately after the treatment and the patient notices the results immediately, the effect is long-lasting. In addition, more permanent results are achieved with the formation of fibroblastic and collagenous tissue (stimulation and activation of connective tissue) starting from the 3rd week. The age and lifestyle of the person can affect the longevity of the aesthetic results.
What should be taken into consideration after thread stretching?
With this treatment, your cheeks will appear slightly higher and more voluminous. The results are seen immediately after the treatment and the effect is long-lasting. As with any aesthetic treatment, there may be slight swelling, redness or bruising, but these will disappear within a few days. You can return to your normal activities immediately after the treatment. However, it is recommended that you avoid exercise and facial massage. It is recommended to eat light foods and foods that do not require opening the mouth too much.
